Moonacre Magick Festival
25th & 26th July
Moonacre Magick Festival
Moonacre Magick Festival is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together in nature.
Time to unwind, practice self-care, and discover new things to fall in love with.
Completely alcohol-free so that everyone feels safe.
It's not a festival designed to sit and watch a stage, it's a space to find your own rhythm, and feel supported.
Our vision is simple: to open Moonacre and its beautiful natural surroundings so that more families can experience a sense of calm, space, and connection. We want to make family wellbeing as accessible as possible, creating a safe, welcoming environment where community and collaboration matter.
This is a place where friendships can form, children are free to be children, parents can relax without pressure, and everyone is welcome to try something new, or simply enjoy being outdoors together.
⸻
What’s Included
Your ticket includes a wide range of relaxed, optional group activities, all suitable for beginners and families, including:
• Gong baths and sound healing (gentle sessions using sound and vibration to help you relax)
• Talks and workshops on wellbeing and family life
• Yoga and Pilates with accessible, mixed-ability sessions
• Circus skills workshops designed for play and confidence-building
• Henna tattoos and face painting
• Arts and crafts
• Guided nature walks around the site
There will also be free walk-and-talk counselling sessions, sponsored by the Maddison Mae Organisation, our charity partner. These can be booked in advance and offer the chance to walk through the grounds while chatting with trained professionals in a relaxed, informal way.
For those who’d like a little extra care, individual therapies such as massage and reiki are available to book separately.
Single parents are fully supported - free childcare is available so you can take some time for yourself tohave a treatment.
⸻
Space to Simply Be
This isn’t an event designed to fill every moment. There’s no pressure to take part in everything. Bring your colouring pencils, paints, a book, or simply enjoy sitting outside and letting the day unfold at your own pace.
⸻
Evenings at Moonacre
For those staying overnight, gentle dancing will take place from 5pm–9pm, keeping evenings relaxed and family-friendly.
As night falls, the site becomes quieter - a chance to listen for owls, spot our peacocks, and perhaps see one of our two herds of deer wandering by. There will also be a fire circle where people can sit together, chat, or simply enjoy the warmth and atmosphere. As the evening draws to a close there will be stories, and bedtime meditations around the fire.
⸻
A Small, Intentional Gathering
Moonacre Magick is a small event, welcoming a maximum of 400 people, allowing us to create a calm, friendly space where everyone feels comfortable and included.

Sponsorship
We are currently inviting a small number of organisations and local businesses to support the festival through sponsorship.
Sponsorship directly contributes to essential event infrastructure, accessibility and safeguarding measures, children’s activities, and wellbeing programming.
In return, supporting organisations receive positive brand visibility within a values-led, family-focused community setting.
Moonacre Magick is organised by Carefully Curated Parties & Events Ltd and hosted at Moonacre. Sponsorship and ticket income contribute towards the essential costs of delivering the event, including venue hire, infrastructure, programming, accessibility provisions, and event management. Following the festival, any surplus remaining after these essential delivery costs will be donated to the Maddison Mae Foundation, supporting their vital work with families affected by the loss of a child.
Sponsorship opportunities start from £250 and range up to £2,000+, with recognition options including website logos, social media acknowledgement, and inclusion in festival materials.
Sponsorship plays an important role in helping us deliver the event while also increasing the potential surplus that can be donated to the Maddison Mae Organisation following the festival.
